The Department of Teaching and Learning in the College of Education and Human Ecology at The Ohio State University invites applications for a full-time (9-month) tenure-track position in Science Education. The appointment is effective August 15, 2020. Application reviews begin January 13, 2020, and continue until the position is filled.

The successful candidate is expected to (i) conduct an active, focused, and externally-funded research program yielding published peer-reviewed scholarship in reputable outlets; (ii) teach graduate and undergraduate courses using research-based instructional practices that support the success of all students; (iii) mentor master’s and doctoral students; (iv) participate in department, college, university and professional service activities; and (v) support the continued development of an equitable and inclusive learning environment for all students.
