The College of Biology Teaching and Learning (BTL) at the University of Minnesota is sponsoring conference registration and membership for 125 undergraduate and graduate students attending the SABER Annual Meeting. 

†Students (Undergraduate or Graduate) + SABER Membership

All students participating in-person will receive a complimentary SABER membership, sponsored by the College of Biology Teaching and Learning (BTL) at the University of Minnesota. 

‡Spouse/Guest

Spouses and guests are welcome to register for the annual meeting. This level will receive access to the poster sessions, the banquet, and boxed lunches. This registration level does not include conference proceedings such as keynotes and regular sessions. Individuals wishing to attend conference proceedings should purchase a regular registration option.


Cancellation & refund policy


In-person registration will include:
  • Access to all conference sessions from Thursday afternoon until Sunday afternoon
  • Lunch on Friday/Saturday/Sunday
  • Coffee on Friday/Saturday/Sunday 
  • Light food and refreshments during the Thursday and Friday evening social hours
  • Dinner on Saturday evening
  • Access to vendor information and wares
  • Eligibility to win raffle prizes
Remote registration will include:
  • Zoom live streaming of the Thursday and Saturday keynote presentations (audio and slides) and ability to ask questions by chat.
  • Zoom live streaming of the Friday long talks (audio and slides) and ability to ask questions by chat.
  • Zoom live streaming of all short talks (audio and slides) and ability to ask questions by chat.
  • Access to posters through Padlet (presenters will be required to upload prior to conference attendance)
  • Access to the meeting program, conference attendee list, and vendor information
