Housing in Rochester Institute of Technology's dormitories is available for check-in on Wednesday, May 29 and check-out on Friday, May 31. 

Pricing:

• 1st night: $100
• 2nd night: $55

Registration options: 

• 1 Night, Arrive Weds (Check-in Weds. May 29, Check-out Thurs, May 30): $100
• 1 Night, Arrive Thurs (Check-in Thurs. May 30, Check-out Fri, May 31): $100
• 2 Nights (Check-in Weds. May 29, Check-out Fri. May 31): $155

If you need to arrive on Tuesday, May 28 and/or depart on Saturday, June 1, please contact conference organizer Dina Newman, dlwsbi@rit.edu, to make arrangements. Note that additional nights are $55/night.

Pillows:

If selected, a pillow will be provided upon check-in for a fee of $10. 

Arrangements:

Rooms are arranged in four or five-room suites with two bathrooms. Please specify your suitemate preferences in the relevant part of the registration form.
