2024 Annual Meeting Vendor/Sponsor Registration

Registration

• 1. Vendor Table Display – $2,000.00
  In exchange for your contribution, your organization will receive:
  
  • Two complimentary meeting registrations (including 3 boxed lunches and one
  dinner),
  • Your logo on the conference website, an ad in the conference program, and a
  thank you during the open plenary.
  • A table to display your products and meet participants for 90 minutes during the
  evening poster sessions on Thursday and Friday.
• 2. Box Lunch Sponsor – $5,000.00
  In exchange for your contribution, your organization will:
  
  • Receive all benefits described in Tier 1.
  
  • Your logo banner on display at the lunch pickup location.
  
  • Opportunity to place promotional materials at the lunch pickup.
  
  • These are available for Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.
• 3. Poster Session Sponsor – $6,000.00
  In exchange for your contribution, your organization will:
  
  · Enjoy all benefits described in Tier 1
  
  · An announcement of sponsorship for the poster session at opening and closing
  plenary.
  
  · Prime location in high visibility spot near entrance of poster session
  
  · Announcement of sponsorship for the poster session at opening and closing plenary.
  
  · Company logo displayed at the entrance of the poster session.
  
  · Poster session sponsorships are available for Thursday and Friday evenings.
• 4. Dinner Sponsor – $10,000.00
  In exchange for your contribution, your organization will:
  
  · Receive all benefits described in Tier 1.
  
  · Naming the dinner after the sponsor.
  
  · Have a table display at the entrance to the dinner.
  
  · Announcement of sponsorship for the dinner session at both the opening plenary and at the dinner itself.
  
  · Company logo displayed at the dinner.
  
  · Opportunity to place swag and flyers at dinner tables.
  
  · One free optional add-on (subject to availability).
• Named Travel Awards Sponsor – $600.00
  Sponsor one or more travel award(s) for: Undergraduate and Graduate students, Community College Faculty, PEER (persons excluded from STEM due to ethnicity or race) attendees, and/or first time attendees. Helps to cover or offset airfare, registration and hotel for a single attendee.
  
  · Recipients will be recognized at the dinner with an announcement of the sponsor who funded their award. Photo opportunity with awardee.
  
  · Note that conference registrations are not included in this sponsor level. Please use the attendee conference registration link for this purpose.
