2023 National Meeting Workshop Registration

Pre-meeting workshops are opportunities for SABER attendees to learn how to leverage biology education research findings either in their own research endeavors or in the classroom.

These workshops are for registered SABER annual meeting attendees and will require a separate registration and registration payment ($25). This fee will enable us to provide lodging for workshop facilitators and reserve space to hold the workshop.

Workshops will occur on Thursday, July 20^th from 9am - 12 pm on the University of Minnesota campus prior to the start of the main program at 3:30 pm.

• Workshop A: Fostering a Culture of Inclusive and Equitable Mentoring in Course-based Undergraduate Research Experiences (CUREs)
• Workshop B: Tenure and Promotion Dossier Boot Camp
• Workshop C: Writing-To-Learn (WTL) in STEM: Accelerating the adoption of WTL while broadening the scope of research
• Workshop D: 1st Annual CONNECT-ED Workshop: Community of Neighboring and National Entrepreneurial Centers and Trainees (Participants of Workshop D must apply at this link and have formal acceptance before registering for this workshop)
