2. Lightning round were folks get to say a couple sentences about any physiology or anatomy education papers OR teaching activities they have published recently.
3. Roundtable discussion, "How should we ask students to prepare themselves for an evidence-based/"flipped" physiology classroom? I.e., what types of outside of class work should we assign, what is the role of anatomy, etc."
Promotion and Tenure in Biology Education Research: Rm 312 north
Our meeting will focus on mentorship for junior faculty, particularly those on the tenure track. There have been several inquiries across the list serv as of late regarding mentorship, and we are hoping to get a panel of more senior faculty to field questions and perhaps engage in some speed mentoring.
