We are currently accepting applications for an Assistant Director position for the Miramontes Arts & Sciences Program at the University of Colorado, Boulder. In short, we are a vibrant academic community for highly-motivated, traditionally underrepresented and/or first generation college students in CU’s College of Arts & Sciences. We are grateful to be growing, expanding in both staff and in the number of students we can serve. You would be joining a team of mentors who work closely with students, teach classes for our program, and assist in directing the program.

Requirements:

• A Ph.D. in education, the natural sciences, the social sciences, or in a related interdisciplinary field (including science education).
• Expertise or significant experience working with first-generation college student and students of color.
• A minimum of 2 years university teaching experience or equivalent training.
