    The Assessment Fellow is a postdoc-like position with a focus on contributing to Sheridan Center assessment and evaluation practices that enhance teaching, learning, and curricula. The Fellow will work in close collaboration with the Senior Associate Director for Assessment and Interdisciplinary Teaching Communities to:

    • Support assessment and evaluation-related initiatives, such as major university initiatives, assessment of digital and experiential learning, program reviews, and Sheridan Center programs;
    • Support the implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of programs for instructional improvement and student success, such as certificate programs, orientations, institutes, and seminars;
    • Consult with administrators, staff, and faculty about evidence-based teaching and learning, course and curricular improvement; evaluation plans for educational grants, assessment of student learning outcomes and experiences, and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning under direction of the Senior Associate Director;
    • Contribute to online and print resources to build capacity around evidence-based teaching and learning responsive to a diverse faculty and student body.

    This is a two-year term position, with potential for renewal for a third year.
